About

A little about me…

My introduction into the metalworking industry began 8 years ago at a friend's custom motorbike workshop. This started my passion for working with stainless steel and TIG welding. From there, I began working on customers' motorbikes.

Alongside this, I also started my Engineering Diploma in Welding & Sheet Work Fabrication. I became fully-qualified in 2015.

In 2018, I started my own business, BCWMA, shortly after my wonderful son Jonty turned 2. Since starting the business, I have created a diverse portfolio of commissions and designs for customers in the UK and across the world. Inspired by nature, these pieces range from tea light holders to ornate water features.

I use stainless steel to create high-quality pieces for customers. I only use high-grade materials and consumables. I recycle stainless steel offcuts from engineering firms and online auction sites as much as possible and have collected a selection of materials myself over the years. Stainless steel is made from up to 60% recycled stainless as it is non-degradable and 100% recyclable. A green product, stainless steel is one of the most environmentally friendly materials in the world.
